Following your submission, you will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your information. Rest assured, our team will diligently review your submission, and upon completion, you will receive a second email guiding you to access our shop. Please note that our shop operates from Saturday at 8.00 am until Monday at 12 noon.
Upon logging into our shop, you will have the opportunity to select your desired items. Please be aware that the minimum order requirement is 800 KES. Once you have completed your selection, you will proceed to the payment and checkout process. Payment options include M-Pesa or card payment. When using M-Pesa, you will receive a prompt for your PIN, and the deduction will be processed accordingly.
Please be assured that we do not collect or have access to your PIN at any stage of the transaction. It remains secure and is only used by M-Pesa for payment processing.
Upon successful completion of your order, our team will receive it, and your vegetable box will be prepared for delivery. Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday to your respective pickup point.
